We review the skills of your
your leaders and develop them - in coordination with corporate strategy.
After analysis of the results of competency test, we first check the suitability
of each leader to manage and lead responsibly. Specifically, the extent to which
managers have the skills to influence current strategy and future development of
your company.
Then, in consultation with you, we implement relevant coaching measures in
leadership training. The sensible extension / continuation of the first "training
stimulus" is available to managers by signing up at the Institute
for -> further qualifications.
